A little about me.
Ive been a coach both in person and online, for nearly 15 years, helping literally 1000s of people reach their health and fitness goals.
For the last 10 years, Ive been the head coach and club manager at adidas North Europe, delivering best in class strength and conditioning services for both employees and visiting athletes.
As such, Ive had the opportunity to work with several international calibre athletes across a variety of sports, including rugby, cricket and cycling.
More recently, i’ve gained valuable experience working with tactical populations within the British military, consulting on best practice for building elite levels of strength and conditioning that directly transfer to improved performance on the battlefield.
Who do i work with you may ask? Anyone with the willingness to work hard both inside and outside of the gym to reach there desired goals.
Wether your an elite athlete, looking for a best in class approach to your S&C or an every day human who just wants to be a stronger, healthier more conditioned version of themselves, My beliefs around training are distilled down into the a few key messages;
