How it works.
Enquiry call. This is to gather some initial information for why you are looking for coaching and to fill you in on things such as cost.
Onboarding. If this goes well and i think we’d see success working together, we would than go through an onboarding process which would include more questions about your tranining goals, lifestyle, routine etc.
This usually takes about an hour.
Program design. From there, ill handle the restm, writing your program based on what we’ve agreed and discussed. This usually takes 3-4 days.
Time to get to work. This is then sent to you via our dedicated MT Fitness Coaching training app.
